Trina Colon is an American actress and writer, born in the mid-west, she is the youngest of four children. First witnessing the production of Peter Pan in Chicago, she was sure she wanted to live her life on stage. She has trained continuously while performing through her youth  debuting her first original work at age 13 at Actors and Playwrights Initiative in Michigan. Her stage work continued for decades. Most recently as Irene in Shows for Days (2020) and the original sketch comedy show It's About Time (2023) in which she contributed as writer and performer. While raising her daughter in Las Vegas she began working in film in the 2000s, which sparked a level of acting intimacy in which she embraced. Most recently, as Rey, in the independent feature films Vegas Traffic (2023) and Sunny in Sunny Yard (in production). Trina's belief in creating strong characters comes through in her recent writing projects and directorial work. She performs regularly with ComedySportz Las Vegas, Cardio Spider a sketch comedy Group and, Various Stages across the US.
